The raw material for the flour is the part of the seed inside the hard shell, known as Apricot Kernel. This is pressed, defatted and crushed.

- Apricot Kernel flour is rich in protein and fiber, as well as iron, zinc, potassium, phosphorus and magnesium.
- Used to flavor soups, juices, cakes, muesli.
- Mixed with rose oil, it can be used to make an excellent exfoliant that cleanses, nourishes and brightens our skin.
